Under this program (The Hosted Retailers & Brands Program), decision-makers (including sales/marketing) in companies generating between €25 million and €100 million annually are entitled to a free ticket in addition to €650 cover for travel and accommodation. All you have to do is agree to participate in a maximum of eight (15-minute) meetings with service providers relevant to you. Two hours of your time (for meetings) in exchange for covering all travel costs and a ticket to a 3-day conference is well worth it in our book! More info here.
