People behind Heureka Group

David Chmelař

Chief Executive Officer

David has been the CEO of Heureka since September 2023. He co-founded and co-led iPrice, a price comparison platform in Southeast Asia and Australia. He joined Heureka with a vision to leverage its strong position in online price comparison across nine countries to further strengthen the company’s role in e-commerce in Central and Eastern Europe.

Luboš Kratochvíl

Chief Financial Officer

Luboš joined Heureka in May 2023 as the chief financial steward. His main role is to support the company’s growth strategy from the financial side and to establish effective communication within the group’s leadership, with shareholders, and across other departments.

Jana Krajcarová

Chief HR Officer

Jana joined Heureka as an “alchemist of human potential” at the end of 2024. Her goal is to foster an environment where people want to grow and create. With her ability to connect strategic thinking with a human approach, she focuses on strengthening team collaboration and setting effective ways of working. Her vision is for Heureka to be not only a leader in e-commerce, but also a company where work is meaningful and collaboration is a joy.

Ondřej Hnát

Chief Commercial Officer

<p>Ondra has been leading Heureka’s commercial division — Brand Sales, AdTech, and CRM — across all our markets. He is also involved in the strategic management of Balíkobot, one of Heureka Group’s key investments.</p> <p>His goal is to strengthen commercial activities and develop relationships with key partners, both global brands and local retailers. He aims to build Heureka into a strong partner for brands and vendors, helping them successfully reach engaged customers with clearly measurable results.</p>

Stanislav Sopko

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Stano is Head of Product and Technology at Heureka, where he is responsible for the strategic development and technology architecture of our entire platform across all nine markets. His main mission is to unify and modernize our product ecosystem so that it can respond quickly to the needs of the evolving marketplace and deliver a world-class user experience for 30 million shoppers. Stano is a proponent of an agile approach and removing unnecessary complexity.

Milan Štěpán

Chief Marketing and Operations Officer

Milan holds the newly combined role of Marketing and Operations Director at Heureka, where he connects the brand's commercial promise with its real delivery to the customer. His main goal is to bring maximum efficiency to our nine markets, an uncompromising focus on key projects and build on clear data and results. He prefers to balance the pressure to perform and the digital world full of numbers in the workshop, where he devotes himself to his unconventional hobby - hand-making knives
