A number of shop systems know the implementation of this service in their interface, so you only need to insert the “Secret Key” for the Verified by Customers service into the prepared module. The key is located in your e-shop administration in Heureka under the Verified by Customers tab -> Settings and data from questionnaires.
Implementation is possible even if your shop system does not directly support the service or you have a customized e-shop. Implementation must then be carried out by your programmer using the instructions provided by the Heureka administration.
Activation is located in the same place as implementation, i.e. in the administration of your e-shop in Heureka under the Verified by Customers tab -> Activate. Then check the prefilled data, enter your e-mail address, consent to the business terms and save everything.
After creating the order, we will automatically send each customer a satisfaction questionnaire, which they receive a few days after purchasing. Based on the number of positive reviews, you get a blue or gold certificate.
After you get a Verified by Customers certificate, you can join the Heureka Marketplace and also get the chance to bid on the price per click, either in your e-shop administration on Heureka under the Bidding tab, or through your XML file. Through the XML file, you can automate the setting of the price per click, or use the autobidding tools that perform the action for you.

Review questionnaires are sent to all the customers who have purchased from your e-shop regardless of the source from which the purchase was made.
Full credit is no obligation, as we are indifferent of the source from which the customer came to your e‑shop. The service is offered to all e‑shops, even those whose products are not on display at Heureka.

The basis for resolving any disputed evaluation is direct communication between the e‑shop and the responsible reviewer. If the e‑shop also sends us an order number, ie "orderid", via the Verified by customers script, it is easy to identify which order the review is linked to and thus who gave the given rating. Requests for editing or deleting reviews can be sent to us by their authors via e-mail to: [email protected]. Heureka will remove the contribution only in case of proven violation by the reviewer as stated in the document "Rules on Liability for Content of Reviews and Contributions Input by Users of Heureka" and specifically Article 3.
