We participated in Netokracija's Future of Work: People First conference

    The summer edition of Netokracija's employee experience conference dedicated to the future of work, employee relations and other important HR issues took place in Zagreb on 11th of July, and this edition was dedicated to the benefits that IT companies want to retain their employees with and attract new ones. We are happy that Jeftinije.hr and Heureka Grupa were recognized by Netokracija as good employers and invited us to participate in the conference. We joined as partners, and our Lucija Cerar Godec, HR manager at Jeftinije.hr, Ceneje.si and Idealno.rs, participated in the panel discussion How to retain old and attract new employees – IT business benefits.

    Lucija and her co-speakers, Ines Vranješ Radovanović from the boutique software agency Ingemark, Jelena Jelušić from Photomath and Petra Buljan from Microblink, agreed that the design of benefits, but also their communication to the outside (employer branding), begins within the company, primarily by regularly listening to the wants and the needs of employees and by communicating all the benefits that are important to candidates.

    Particularly interesting was the panel discussion on tools that can improve the employee experience, which was attended by Branimir Gospić from Moontop, Luka Gauta from Kustodian, Krešimir Šimičić from Productive and Sara Madjer from Q Agency. The applications they discussed are designed as an additional tool that makes it easier for HR professionals to review and manage benefits in one place and can improve the overall experience and work experience of employees.

    Along with interesting panels, the lecture by Lucija Pilić from Gamechuck about how they decided to join the union and sign the collective agreement gave a slightly different view on the organization of work and the needs of employees in tech companies and opened up interesting questions about what awaits us in the industry in the future.
