David has been CEO of Heureka since September 2023. David co-founded and co-managed iPrice, a price comparison platform in Southeast Asia and Australia. He joins Heureka with a vision to leverage its becoming position in online price comparison across nine countries to further strengthen the company's role in e-commerce in Central and Eastern Europe.

Luboš Kratochvíl
Chief Financial Officer

Luboš joined Heureka in May 2023 as the highest financial oracle. His main task is to support the growth strategy of the company from the finance team and to set up effective communication across the group management, with shareholders and with other departments of the group.

Jan Gemrich
Chief Marketing Officer

Honza has been leading Heureka Group's marketing activities across nine markets since December 2024. He manages a team of 40 marketers who focus on data-driven performance campaigns and effective brand activities. His goal is to help Heureka become a highly profitable lovebrand. In his free time, he enjoys family, traveling, sports, and building Lego.

Jana Krajcarová
Chief HR Officer

Jana joined Heureka as an “alchemist of human potential” at the end of 2024. Her goal is to support an environment where people want to grow and create. With her ability to combine strategic thinking with a human approach, she focuses on strengthening teamwork and setting effective procedures. Her vision is for Heureka to be not only a leader in e-commerce, but also a company where work makes sense and collaboration is a joy.

Lukáš Putna
Chief Technology Officer

Lukáš has been with Heureka since July 2017. From his first moment at Heureka he has been uniting Heureka's technological direction with its product vision. Lukáš is a big protagonist of agile methodologies with a strong emphasis on independent development teams. Lukaš's main task is to build one platform with the devs team for the benefit of the whole group.

Jan Mayer
Managing Director of CZ/SK

Jan has been the Managing Director of Heureka Group since July 2021. From his expertise on the local markets, Honza oversees the key area of customer success, VIP client care, and important business partners. Improving Heureka Group’s content in the B2B and B2C sector is high priority for Honza.

András Szták
Managing Director of HU/RO/BG

András Szták joined Árukereső.hu as Managing Director in December 2022. He will now transfer his business and management experience not only to Árukereső.hu, but also to other regional websites, Romania's Compari.ro and Bulgaria's Pazaruvaj.com.

David Čreslovnik
Managing Director of SLO/HR/BA/RS

David has been the Managing Director of the entire Adriatic since 2019. He is known among his colleagues as a strong supporter of the "lead by example" principle and has exceptional analytical skills. His great passion is state-of-the-art technology and has a great desire to implement them in business processes.

Ondřej Hnát
Chief Commercial Officer

Ondra is the newest addition to our board. Since January 2025, he has been leading Heureka’s commercial department – ​​Brand Sales, AdTech and CRM across all our markets. In addition, he is involved in the strategic management of Balíkobot, one of the key investments of Heureka Group. His goal is to strengthen business activities and develop relationships with key partners, whether between global brands or local retailers. He wants to build Heureka into a strong partner for brands and vendors, helping them successfully reach enthusiastic customers with clearly measurable results.
